This Book is the Foundation's war doctrine, printed whole. The claim it defends: this is the moment the world's knowledge is being re-indexed by machines, and whatever is recovered, sourced, and published durably now becomes what the future knows — what the models cite, what the searches surface, what the next mind builds on. The Foundation fights that moment on two fronts at once: it builds the Moat (the Library, the superior map of the territory, the provenance-locked authority that makes its ambition a coverage fact instead of a boast) and it fires the Spear (ship, publish, post, sell — because the map is worth exactly $0 until a human clicks publish).
